This post will be bout something i encountered today during work.

customer(mum): Do u have the ans sheet for this? (showing 2008 edition 'A' lvl 10 yrs series)
staff: We do not have the stock for this already.
customer: What do u mean by don't have, so long still don't have?
staff: Cos its the old one already, so we don't have already.
customer(daughter): Old? My sis only J2 this yr and this is 2008 edition.
staff: Did u buy this book this yr?
customer: No, last yr.

At this moment, the customer(mum) is looking at the staff's name tag.

staff: We consider tt as old one, cos there will be a new one coming. (every yr there will be a new one)

Giving a sucki face, they walked to the 'A' lvl shelf and see..but think cant find wat they want and so they left.

The staff did attend to the customer politely.

So ya, the staff is actually me..was damn pissed after attending to her. Can't she ask properly, its also not my fault for not having the thing she want. (donno will she complain a not..haix)

To think of it now, i should continue to serve the customer. Should have asked her if she want the new one, it is jus short of one yr's ans., at least give her a suggestion. But..haix..suan le..over le..
