Trip to St. John & Kusu Island

The long waited intend trip to Kusu Island had finally arrive and went smoothly..As the ferry will pass-by St. John first, we alighted there and thought there and took the next ferry to go to Kusu Island..

Price: $15 (can go both islands)

Time: met at 7 plus and took 9am ferry

Ytd was also the last day of internship at Creative..2 months just past like that..so fast..happy tt it ended too...cos i no longer need to travel all the way to Jurong everyday!

Besides working, im also chiong-ing driving instructor say no time for me to learn le..so let me have the lesson once she gt a slot tt i can make it, so quite tiring, cos after work need chiong for driving then by the time reach home 10 plus and next day 6 plus need wake up for work again.

Quite a few local movies that i feel like watching, hopefully will be able to have the time for movie next weekend before gng to the IT show on sunday.

Last day of product training today, monday will take the last test which is on different regions' policies and also saw the big boss of Creative..cos we went with the other creative's staff for the annual meeting today..haha. Was quite shocked when we were being informed that we as interns also need to join them for this.

Each of us have to register and get an Ang Bao b4 gng into the 'room'. Ang Bao inside gt a draw number (guess its for lucky draw) and a piece of poker card (donno for what, game?) and a piece of Toto ticket (but non of the numbers on the ticket i gt appear in the result..haha).

Actually after the speech by 2 of the higher people and CEO, there will be other programmes being lined up such as performance, lo hei and buffet session and so on. But we left after the speech by CEO..cos its late..supposed to finish work at 5.30pm but ended up leaving at 6 plus.

Then went to Hougang Mall meet him to bai nian with the best aunty in POPULAR.haha..then dinner and home..

Addtional info:

Mr Sim Wong Hoo (Creative's CEO) was also featured in today's Today newspaper for the Top 10 Most Trusted person in Singapore..he was ranked number 7.

First impression i have on him:

Provide good welfare to staffs, particular on health (he will also want staffs to live healthly, every day there will be fruits that staffs can take, 2 sets each), like to have informal contact, casual person (he wear t-shirt, pants and sports shoe to company). A person with confident in himself (thats what makes him successful today).

Think thats bout it..starting from next week 5 of us (interns) will be down at operation. No more product training le..its putting what we have learnt to real situations. Scary!~~

I have 2 stations to work at..one is to do report which i donno what is tt till i learnt from the person on monday and answer calls (main) and reply emails.

Started internship at Creative 3 days ago..

First week there will be product training..its like lecture. Make me want slp at times, unless its hands-on..haha. There is also test that we will need to be tested on for every topic we have been taught. So sian..and the first test, i scored the lowest among the 5 of us..damn sian.

After training, we will be doing on customer service, replying calls and email that we receive from customer regarding the problem they are facing.

This is how i dress for first day of work..we were all over dressed, cos for our department, almost all wear t-shirt and jeans..so after tt, day 2 all of us felt more comfortable with our casual wear..haha

Woo..have received the confirmation email about the IEP in Creative Technology Limited.

Out of the 10 that have been selected to go for the interview, 5 of us gt in. I am one of them..hehe.

Start work on 17/2/2010 end on 13/4/2010 (which is my TP day)..donno how also..hehe.

So ya..donno good thing a not also..cos no holiday for me le..no work tml..its ah gong's death anniversary, gng ah ma hse. Sunday will be my next working day..

Next sat will be the start of the UT3. Jia you studying ba..One more week will be the end of lessons..2 more weeks will be the end of semester!!

Received an email today regarding the Industry Experience Programme(IEP), its like internship thingy that i have signed up few months back.

I have been accepted by Creative Technology Limited to be attached there for internship during this coming long holiday, this means that i cannot enjoy my long long holiday and also have to stop my Popular work.

Internship in RP is not compulsory and so this would be just a special experience for me as compared with other students of same course who did not sign up for it.

Tml will have to make a trip down to Creative for aptitude test and interview before confirming me to this company. This means.....tml is a no sch day for me. School will apply LOA for us. Wish me all the best.

Oh ya..today is also the first time i put on slight make-up just for a passport size photo shoot. Cos tml will also need to bring along photo..and my pimples really will make it look ugly..so decided to get cheap powder and concealer..both silky girl product. Put it on before gng for the shoot. Hehe. Outcome of the pic still not bad, at least pimples not seen..haha.

Seeing my grades demoralised me these few days..especially the grades of my web application. Super duper demoralised. UT 3 is coming real soon..so scared. Don't dare face this semester's result.

Ytd was the start of the module selection period, had some modules that i want to take on next sem already, but haven't done the selection yet.

Today is the 3rd day of sch..so tired.

Almost fall asleep in class on the first day.

Stayed back in sch till bout 6 plus ytd to meet up with the IG in charge for tkd matters and also see the current probation tkd IG having their training..actually trying to help sir to coach my sch tkd, but IG in charge says that they will leave it to Singapore Taekwando Federation to make the decision on who to come and do the coaching. If its not my sir coaching my sch, guess i wont join the sch one ba..hmm..

Next week will be a busy week, 3 UTs in a week..want my life man..haix..hope can do it well. Good luck to those having test!

MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!

It was more of a tour in Singapore than a day out to celebrate. Cos his uncle and family came to singapore so his parents decided to bring them around..and we followed..went to couple of places, Toa Payoh for dim sum, Har Par Villa, Marina Barage and Singapore flyer(didnt ride on it cos of the super long queue).

Just came back from Genting trip ytd night..it was quite a nice trip though we (my bro and i) have to queue for almost an hour for each game we played..queue till can slp.

Will be gng off to Genting tml night bout 10 plus..it will be a 2 day 1 night trip, will be back on friday. 2nd time gng there this year..this time gng with more ppl..with uncles and aunties, and of course my family (without my elder bro, cos he is overseas).

Feeling very very tired now..

A long weekend had just past, friday went out with 9 wonders to celebrate Eunice's belated birthday cum gathering ba..Sat was PP presentation and work, Sunday work and attending wedding dinner after tt..

Reasonably good presentation.

Accessor 1:

Student gave good insights and factual information on Popular Bookstore. The success factors were clearly brought out.

Accessor 2:

Excellent poster - attractive, clear, informative. Extensive coverage of the subject. Presentation was clear. PEST analysis was good. SWOT was mostly good, except for 1 point (i.e. staff with poor service is an internal factor, not a Threat.), but you were able to give another valid point (poaching of good staff by competitors.

As said..today was another busy day..so morning went work as usual and at 7pm rushed down to Seng Kang to meet Leo and headed to take tkd lesson..

Consider its first time taking a class ba..all call "teacher teacher" haha..hmm. Didnt touch tkd for a long time, after stretching and kickings..can feel my tigh muscles attacking me..Quite fun tough but also pek chek at times cos of some naughty kids. Oh ya..also gt this cute girl the only girl there also for today, with her bro..both are equally cute.

So ya..lesson ended at 9pm and everyone left so fast, as fast as 2 mins, all gone, except for one..waiting for his sis..so we have to wait for his sis to arrive b4 we can leave. Waited for bout 5 to 10 mins. Walked back to Compass point and met him there, think he waited for bout 30 mins or more? Then went to have light dinner and home..

Most probably be joining school tkd soon when it starts..cos its under my instructor..hehe..another training place. So ya..shall see la. :)

Went with him and his sis to bring the young ones to doctor, then head down to Sunshine Street near Bugis to print my PP poster...arghh..presentation date is nearing soon..next Sat. Felt a bit scam by the ppl though. Suan le.

After printing, walked down and went to OG and got control car and clothes for his newphew and then to Bugis MRT station. Went AMK to meet his friend to get things and get some food and home..

Currently very confused now..whether to apply for the Home Award thingy under Ministry of Home Affairs. Haix..

If i apply and gt accepted, upon graduation they will give me monthly allowance, a bonus upon passing all modules every semester and paying the school fees for the 3 yrs of Poly education and also a 4 yr bond with them working as police, immigration, civil defence and so on, see where need people. But what happen to my future? Degree?

For 5 i asked (including my parents), 3 of them ask me take degree first another 2 which is my parents, say its my choice and think i should go for it if its my passion..

How? Should i really go for it?Lost......

Very very tired...there is still school tml.

Haix..hate monday and friday lesson the most, because it will nv end early. Ytd..with only 4 teams, class still end at 4.30pm instead of 4pm. Already so tired still add on with class ending late.

Today's lesson, Web Multimedia can say is my favourite module le..with good and friendly faci, it makes the lesson interesting. :)

Hopefully tml will be alright..if not i really can die of tiredness.

Haven't been blogging for some time..

Today is the starting of Year 2 sem 2..and will be having classes from mon to fri..cos took 5 modules. Same class as Maria (all 5 modules) and Seok Boon (4 modules)..class was ok..bout half of the class..14 of them, know each other since last sem..maybe this is why it makes the class more warmed up at the first day of school.

Last few days of holiday was a tiring one...went chalet with him and his friends (didnt slp for whole night), went Chinese Garden with 5 of 9 wonders, sent elder bro off for his 1 year internship/ attachment on ship and also worked. No stop..making me feel so tired when its the first day of sch.

Have been long since i exercise..

Ytd went with him and his friends to Serangoon Stadium for a jog...stamina decrease damn lot..last time still can run more than 4 rounds..ytd..i only run 2 rounds i cannot tahan le...haha.. then went to do a bit of sit up at the fitness corner at the side of the stadium. Sprint 2 times with him..lose by a bit nia..haha.

Today..played basketball with him and the same grp of friends as ytd..skill also decrease..haha..after playing, went to have lunch at Kovan mac..

This was where i had my breakfast cum lunch at with him..2nd time gng there. Heard from my dad that its quite popular..was quite alright la.. :)

Went there after gng with him to Eunos there to help his mum get queue number for seeing doctor. After eating..went home rest a while. Then went to Boon Lay to meet up with the rest (classmates) to go to Javier house for BBQ!

Was supposed to be a class BBQ, but not whole class went..only like half of the class went. Left at bout 10..Reached home at 11 plus..

Work today..DAMN TIRED! Did cashier..Queue non-stop..no time to even drink water.lol. Tml another working day..lucky tml is working til 8pm nia..not working full. phew.....

Last paper today..paper was early in the morning at 8.30. Mum fetched me to school..haha..as i requested for it.

After paper, which ended at 9.30, went to AMK Hub to meet up with him to catch the 10.45 show for 'Where got Ghost'. Overall i think it wasnt scary, its funny..haha. I see the actors i laugh already, they also no need act. LOL. Cos liang jia ban ppl are funny artists, so naturally gt this funny pattern in them.

Went to the big S11 for lunch, then play 4 rounds of pool at K-pool, got mac for my didi then went to NTUC help his mum get groceries, headed home after tt..

Just came back from Tampines Safra not long ago..went there eat Sakura..the international buffet. Treat from godfather..so me, my didi, my mama, godfather and 7th aunt went. 5 of us.. :)

On the way to Tampines, in mama's car..see the sky like nice so took down..

After eating...while talking..i used kiwi skin, watermelon seed and skin that i ate to make this 'face'..haha..cute right.

Today didnt really study, though that was what i wanted to do..haha..just no mood..so tml will be my study day since no paper, no school.

Today marks the day of the last lesson, last day of week 15 lesson. Tml will then mark the starting day of UT3.

Wei Hwan (guides senior) came to my class, this really shock me..haha. Cos my classmate's friend friend is her primary sch mate, and they came RP to find friend and so drop by my class and stayed for quite a while, sin yee also joined the chat for a while..So long didnt see her le. Oh ya..so nice that she even know nat, another of my classmate..the world is so small..

Since breakout 2 didnt have to do anything, had a small chat with her..together with seok boon(my classmate), we sent them bus stop and then back for our lesson, timing just nice..haha

Back to school today..didnt have a good night rest ytd..also donno why..keep turning here and there.

School can say was alright ba..Faci nv give us a treat, hopefully tml will get treat from tml's faci. haha..

UT3 is coming real soon..in 2 days time. So hard to digest the things that i have learnt, maybe cos long time don have long duration of test, somemore this time change le, UT3 have greater weightage, thats why feel diff ba.. Hopefully UT3 will pass fast and smoothly.

Didnt go school today..next few days also not be going to school. It shall be my first 'x' .

Since ytd..have been having bad headache, slight cough and fever (on and off)..so rested early at bout 9 plus ytd and at bout 10..felt weird..my eyes swelled. But now ok le..

Went to see doctor today..went polyclinic..waited damn long..even though they seperated those that have flu, fever and sore throat.

Doctor gave me 6 days mc..and state that its "influenza A like illness". Lucky its this week that im feeling unwell..not next week..if not cannot take test. Will be back in school on monday.

Went Marina with him and his friends..supposed to meet at 4.30pm, but end up all only reach at 5 plus..

Had dinner at Marina Square de foodcourt (met sec sch tcher, Ms ang there), then headed out of Marina Square that area and squeezed our way to get better place hoping to have better view of fireworks. Ok la..did see fireworks..but like 2 secs tt kind. Its not the actual fireworks session la. Cos too squeezy..bth le..so we went off..U-turn back into Marina Square. Quite dissapointing though..cos i really intend to see fireworks, but didnt.

Had pledge taking at Marina Square together with the crowds there..cos there is a small NDP parade kinda thing..gt performance all tt, after tt, they played all the past years Singapore theme song..and many were sitting there, singing together..so cool right. Both of us went home..while the rest go to Nicholas hse carry on the activity, drink and cards ba i think. Still bused together till Serangoon and gt desert for myself and mac for my didi..and then home after tt.

Primary school to JC students had half day sch due to National Day celebration..but..NOT for POLY students..

My class decided to wear red or white..though not all wore..but almost all..hehe..took class photo (not a full one)

Went home after school, met him at bout 6 plus and headed to chomp chomp to meet his friends..but unfortuantely, too many ppl..and decided not to wait, so went to near-by coffee shop eat..and then had desert at somewhere near too..nice desert..haha..now i know where to get nice deserts!yummy!

Its Singapore's birthday in less than 40 mins time. Most prob gng down to Marina with him and friends to see see..haha.

Face become rough cos its peeling due to the small sun burn i had during the weekend.

Pratically, didnt really pay attention in class today..cos dont really understand. Many of us getting more and more restless in class, especially when doing work.. Holiday mood coming le..anyway..there will be long weekend for us since monday is National Day public holiday. Hehe..

Will read bit by bit..haha..will take my time..cos its a thick book.

At bout 1 plus 2pm, met up with yvonne and we proceed to CDC at Ubi to register for learning driving. Registered as private for just thoery at the time being..for me, i maybe taking school de for pratical..will see how it goes.

After tt went home le..he came to my hse a while had his late lunch and then sat a while then go home..

Ytd was Mama birthday...but didnt really celebrate, not our kind..haha..jus had steamboat at home. Cheap and warming.

He came to my hse at bout 8pm to wish my mama and pei me a while before gng home..

Hmm..today no sch..but went to downtown east there, E-hub de NTUC get some things for this sat chalet BBQ, see what they have there so we can get from there when we need. Then went to order cake at the Prima Deli there. Also went to ask see can we know the chalet no. a not..actually can know tml le..but jus ask..and gt our no. le..its H1834 and H1835..Went in to see the location of the room..cos mama want to see see..

After tt..went to Bedok Green Sec..or cos not for studying..haha..my 5th aunt is one of the vendor there, and mama ask her to help order some chicken from their supplier cos cheaper. So went there to take lor..took back some leftover food that they cant finish selling (chicken, fried rice, popcorn chicken and fries) all add up can be one person meal portion.

Went home after tt le..Sorry for those that i didnt invite for my chalet..really too many ppl le..cos a lot relatives..ps ar. Hope u guys understand. :)

hmm..Have been in school damn early..as early as 8.40am when the lesson is at 9.15am. Cos Melissa haven't been feeling well so didnt come sch, and Sin Yee will be late. So end up i go school myself.

Ytd, everyone in my team left at 2nd meeting but i didnt..though i gt think bout it, but still cant get through my heart, so joined Wendy's team in the end.

Today, class still alright ba..started with 10 ppl (which made 2 teams) but some came in late, so ended up with 4 teams. Lesson ended only at 4pm. Throat is getting worse each day..but still gt voice..jus that when swollow saliva will pain.

Working weekend coming again..Not really looking forward to it.

Slacked at home till bout 3 plus, waited for him to finish his project discussion then we met to go gym..but only went gym for like 30 mins? cos he need go for his basic theory trial test and test.

Received call from him bout 20 mins ago..and he PASSED his basic theory! Think he damn happy now...flying up soon..lol. His 2 other friends who took with him also passed..

I know my blog rotting soon..didnt blog for quite long..ps ar, cos i gt nth to blog and was lazy.

Basically, last week..school as usual. Went out on friday evening with him and his group of friends to Tanjong Pagar for dinner..then headed to Clark Quey there for pubbing, cos it was one of their birthday. First time to pub..much more better than club, quieter. Sat there for a while only, and headed home at bout 12..reached home 12 plus. woo..Tired!

Sat and Sun was my working days. Only went to slp at bout 12 plus or 1 plus. Totally no energy le. Had java test today..hopefully is like what i tot, hope it was alright.

hmm..one more thing..i think i need to exercise real soon..everything is showing up le. :x

UT today..one word DIE! Difficult still nvm, worse thing is i could have gotten the 4 marks i lost.

This week had 2 UT in total, no confident in any of them. Sadded.

Tml actually say will pei him go dental put his braces de, but now there is a change in plan. Aunt jus now called me.

After school most prob gng down to Orchard to meet cousin and 7th aunt. So now cant pei him le. So sry.

Went to Clark Quey with him and his grp of friends to cele one of their birthday. Had dinner at Billy Bombers then went to Rebel. Are u shocked tt i went? haha. My first time though i am still 17.

H1N1 cases in RP is getting more and more, till now, its already 91 cases. In just one week, it became so much. Its really horrifying. Now even my block have people that has H1N1 and the person is jus in my opposite class another one is just one level above. Dont think sch will stop also, if they want to stop, they should have stop by now. Anyway, everyone, BECAREFUL!

Today during second break today went to causeway point with Maria, Seok Boon, Melissa, Fidya, Xiao Ting to get food. Seok Boon and i went to get mac, Maria and fidya gt long john, melissa and xiaoting got pasar malam food and burger king. All kinds of fast food..haha. Then quickly went back to sch to prepare for presentation le.

Tml will be another long day for me. After sch, will be coming home do my things and out again with him and his friends to celebrate one of their belated bd. So wont be home so early.

Had work today. Quite demoralizing though. Haix, all cos of my carelessness.

Cos today im the cashier, and receive this $5 merchant voucher that was already expired and i still go except it, didnt see properly, it state there valid for 3 mths, but then i didnt go see the date. So have to pay this $5. But i paid $2.50, and Bao Yin (my colleague) paid the other half, cos she also didnt notice. But its my fault la, now cause her to pay this yuan wang qian. So sry.

It is not about the money that im sad bout, maybe its cause its my first time paying money since i do cashiering ba. Haix..sadded. One more thing that i donno real a not. My left eye have been twitching since morning, and first tot it was due to my tiredness, but end of the day, i need pay money. Donno the saying that goes 左凶右吉 true a not also, have to believe this saying more after today's incident.

So suay, if don have this incident, everything will tally with happy ending. Now is tally with sad ending. (cos need pay $$$)

Hope tml will be a much better day, think it will be cos most prob will be at assessment department tml.

No school today, but didnt slp till too late also. Woke up at 9 plus and prepare to go watch movie with him and my didi.

Actually we intended to take bus there, but his bro say can fetch us to amk, so took his ride and reached amk at 10am. Went to get movie tickets for 'transformer'..haha. I didnt watch part 1 and went to watch part 2, so a bit lost at first. Overall, the show still not bad la, lasted for 150 mins, long show. At first still want to watch 'drag me to hell' but then cos him and my didi want watch transformer so i just went with it..haha.

After movie, bought mac back home and eat. Then went to Hougang Mall with him cos he want to see see auntie. Nothing much after tt le.

Though today was Father's Day, but we didnt celebrate for papa. Or rather, we seldom celebrate such days..haha. But went to godfather hse to have steamboat together, total 12 of us, 4 families. Hehe..So still ok ba. Today was the 2nd round.

Ytd, went to Turf City to have seafood to celebrate Father's Day in advance for my godfather, together with my uncle, aunty and cousins..hehe. Suppose to have a share in it, but elaine sis said nvm..its ok. My familiy only my didi and i went.

Sian, tml having another UT, these few days keep having UT sia. Last thurs and fri had 2 le, now another one. arghh.. But after tml wont be having any UT, will have a rest first and the next round would be in July i think.

Update on what happened these few days...

mon - Had java UT, not much hope on that. After that went to Bugis with him to have Seoul Garden with his grp of friend. Oh ya, and among his friend, there is also a few primary school friends of mine, we have reunion!!..lol..some still haven xiang ren.hehe

tue - he went for operation to pluck off 8 tooth and visited him at his hse in the evening, his cheek is already swelling when i saw him. Its still swelling now.

wed - no sch, morning went to make specs at uncle shop, mum fetched us there, cos he also went to make one. Then went to Chinatown Market. Its been long since i went to wet market. After that he came my hse, did his homework and had dinner. At night mum fetched us to Pasir Ris to book chalet for my birthday. p/s i might not be inviting anyone only 9 Wonders invited, cos family side too many ppl le. Sorry. Everything not confirm yet, look out for my good news, maybe can invite more ppl..hehe. ps ar.

thurs - Retook UT due to system problem the previous round.

fri - Retook another UT again. Made some mistake that cause me to lose marks. Hope it doesnt affect much. After school, met him and went to Chinatown to collect my specs..hehe.

Fri (12/6/09) - Had BBQ for his birthday celebration

Sat (13/6/09) - Went to Night Safari with jess, jiaen, yvonne, roy, him and his friends. Total 16 of us. After tt went for supper at serangoon there de Prata House with him and his friends while jess, jiaen, yvonne and roy went home. I reached home at 3am its the first time i am home so late..hehe.

Sun (14/6/09) - Went to PC Fair during the evening to recontract signet braodband and also to get a hardisk.

Had a small birthday celebration for him today.

After he came to my hse with mac for me and my didi, together with didi, we cab down to suntec there for the PC fair. Went to look around cos he want to go, and maybe on sunday will be gng one more time, cos last day, maybe will be cheaper. hehe. oh ya, also arrange to meet his friend, Shao Ren, to see see look look at the fair.

Bout 5 plus, left the fair and went down to Compass Point to collect Swensen's ice cream cake that i ordered ytd. Then went back to hse there de coffee shop to da bao crab and prawn back his hse as dinner before cut cake session.

Tml will be having BBQ at punggol park, inviting his friends and all. So will be some sort of a actual celebration then.

Ytd was the 2nd day of holiday and also Nellyn's birthday..so met with Hazel, Tony and Wei Jian at Tampanies first before heading to Downtown East chalet that Nellyn had invited us to, for her birthday party.

By the time we reach Downtown East its already bout 7 plus..and sat around, had some BBQ food prepared by her boyfriend and after the cutting cake session, Hazel, Tony, Wei Jian and I went to E-hub to play pool..hehe. Something very funny happened..

Tony mistaken this stripe ball for the cue ball and use it to shoot his solid ball. lol.

Another thing is tt, we all missed the last train and almost missed the last bus home..heng ar. I reached home at bout 12.30am, with his accompany. He came and meet me somewhere near our place and pei me walk home.

Today, at home almost whole day, morning wake up, had bread and watch tv, till bout 3 plus. Went to have a swim before gng to amk to meet him. My day is just like tt, boring.

Just came back from his hse bout an hr ago..went to his hse had dinner and assisted him with his project which is due this coming week.

hmm..work was quite alright for these 2 days. Ytd worked as cashier and today back to assessment. Will be running these 2 dept. from now i guess..if need cashier i will go be, if not by default will be at assessment..hehe

tml will be the first day of term break, will jus be resting and prepare for next term. Cos when start of term will be having like 3 tests in tt week if im not wrong. hehe. Must really study harder this time, cos the module tt i will be tested when sch start will be the module tt i have least confidence in.

Phew...today lesson waas still alright..quite fun. We have to cut wire and make our own cable.

this was the equipments we use to make our cable. One is use to test if the cable pass, the other one is to cut and tighten the cable.

So after sch, went to meet him at his sch bus stop. and we wore couple shirt today..haha. After we meet, we went to look for spectacles, nice and cheap ones, but unable to find one..haix. think have to go uncle shop to get cheap one..

Ytd had IG meeting after school..school also ended early, so my waiting time to meeting was also long. Meeting ended at 6 plus. Went to AMK to meet him had dinner and walked around in the HUB searching for nice watch. Till 9 plus then go home, by the time i reach home its already 10.

Today its Wednesday again..no school. So went for a swim in the afternoon at bout 12. As i was already feeling hungry on the way to pool, i swam for half an hour only. After that went to get lunch at hougang point.

Worked as usual..ytd was last day that im at text/assessment dept, so pek chek..those ppl no heart de (没良心). Make so much mess at my department..books all over the table, cant they jus see and then put back properly? horrible. Another reason that add on to my lvl of pek chek is cos of the tonnes of books that i have to display.

Today is the first day of me at cashier. Still alright..haha..and just receive msg from BaoYin saying that it tally!!happy..hehe. heng ar..time at cashier pass fast. Good thing.

Yes! Its a no school day again tml..

Today UT was alright..manage to finish all..but donno how well it is..anyway, after UT today, went for IG welcome tea..to welcome those new members..so jus talked and interact with them and eat some finger food that was prepared for the welcome tea..hehe. Just nice, cos at tt moment, i was hungry..wahaha. So after tt, had a short meeting b4 gng off. Left school at 6 plus. Then met him at Amk.

Energy lvl was quite low today..feel very very tired and sleepy, almost felt asleep in class. Cos wasnt feeling tt well, caught with slight flu and cought. Lucky tml no sch, can rest and prepare for the next UT which is on thursday. So that is my plan for now regarding what to do tml.

Slacking at home right now..cos no sch. Went with my didi to get Mac for lunch..hehe..and got cup that they are giving when we upsize the meal.

Oh ya..ytd finally received my PP advisor's reply with the help of one of my faci..phew. So i was given the light to submit mt PP scope and it was also been approve at night and i can continue with my 2000 words final report that will be due on 8th Oct. So from now till the 8th of Oct, will be my research and brain breaking days.

Talking about brain breaking, ytd was really my brain breaking day. Sat down the almost the whole day in class to solve the SQL (Structured Query Language). Quite tough..but with the help of some of my classmates, i manage to complete almost all. :)

That is for now...bye. I am gng to continue my slacking..hehe

Just finish dinner..hehe. Its not a normal dinner hor..cos i cook all the dishes de..hehe. Cos mummy today go for blood donation so not able to get dinner for us, and asked me to buy. But was lazy to go out so decided to cook a meal with the left over chicken, fish and veg from sunday's steamboat.

Ytd was Mother's Day..so as said, had steamboat..and i ate a lot!!..omg. have to exercise soon..

anyway..ytd morning went to Mandai to pray my grandma with my uncle and aunt..after tt went to Sheng Shiong to get food..then my aunt and uncle came to my hse for the whole afternoon till evening then we had steamboat together.

He also came and joined us for steamboat after he had his at home..hehe. But i was only the one who was eating with him then. Hehe. Took some pics also..haha

Donno how to say bout today lesson also..haha..don even know how i pass...hehe.but in the end after facilitator's explaination, im more or less clearer.

So during break today..very randomly while melissa was taking her own pic, she asked me to take also..cos i was beside her..haha. This week same team with her 3 times, this will continue for maybe 2 more weeks??i donno..hehe. See our fate ba.wahhaha

Considered an exercise day for me ba..

Cycled from home to Hougang swimming complex..swam for like 30 mins plus then cycled to Hougang Point to get Mc Spicy meal cos tt it was Mac Value lunch, cheaper by a dollar plus..from there..cycled back..

When i reached home..leg totally turned soft for a while..haha..felt better after eating..haha..Mc Spicy was really spicy for me..haha..cos i don take spicy food de..but was nice..hehe..nowadays kena hooked up by it. Hehe

Did my PP (Professional Profiling) scope and sent it to advisor see if its approved a not..cos by next wed need to submit le. sian.

Yesterday and today's lesson is all bout CODES. Had Java ytd and today is SQL. But still alright ba..maybe cos of the clever ppl in my class..wahaha.

Today after sch went to H.M with him, cos we bought a Mother's Day cake for one of the auntie at the workplace..cos she is good to us. After tt went home le.

Went to Yuki Yaki at Marina Square there with him and his parents. Its something like a combination of steamboat and Soul Garden there..haha..but one special thing is tt, u can make ur ice cream. Choose the flavour u want, pour into the thing then keep on scrapping..till u think its frozen enough.. then u can eat le!!..haha.

This is something i gt from Conservation IG ytd..hehe..its making use of jelly crystals to grow green bean. Took 2 home..haha.

Today no school, so had a great slp..wahaha..then after lunch, went to cycle with him. Actually he gt school de, but cos ytd sick so his mum ask him don go sch today. After eating medicine he gt from doctor ytd, he's better le. Hope he will recover soon..hehe

Second day of school today..oh btw, same class as melissa..haha..after 1 yr we are back in same class again. Sin yee nv same class as us..but she is jus next to us..haha.

Lesson was ok ba..jus tt the faci today quite long winded..and we donno wat he is saying also and the funny thing is...he also donno wat we saying..generation gap??lol..but think he not bad la, first impression of him.

Today is the last day of the long holiday...A new year and new semester is starting real soon..sian.

Ytd and today didnt have to work. Ytd evening went to my 4th uncle's 60th birthday celebration at Pasir Ris there de chalet..its a company chalet..like semi-D kind de..big big..woo..haha. Later gng there again..hehe...but this time is for BBQ.

Alright this is my didi..he haven go NS hor..don be mistaken. Hehe. Ytd was his school's speech day..so had to wear this no. 1 uniform..haha..cos not everyone will get to wear this, so

After 3 days of work, can say is work 3 weekends, cos fri was a holiday, and...tml will be my off day.

Encountered a weird customer and gt sort of scolding for nth while helping cashier to be a packer. As the queue was long, so i told those at the back that there is another cashier in front. So there was one lady (almost her turn soon) moved out of the queue and went to the next cashier, and came back and said

"Why u ask me to go over there, there is another 6 more people at the queue, im the next on queue already." So i was like, HUH?? I only told the back ones tt there is another cashier in front ma...then she keep blaming me..so i jus ok..fine..sry. And said sry to her..for no reason..since she know its gonna be her turn, why she still move out? she didnt re-queue, she jus got in to the place tt she was and made her payment.

Lucky not everyday gt this kinda customer, or else can die sia..phew.

One more thing, donno its good or bad, or rather can i say its a "promotion". I would be transferred to another department which is....CASHIER, next month. Was reluctant to accept it ..but manager need people and asked me to try first..so i ok lor. Why i put "promotion"? Cos normally if im working as full time, my pay would be $50 more, but im part timer, so no change in pay. Hehe..

hmm..nothing much le..tml still need wake up early to pei him go dental consultation for braces at Alexandra Hospital.

Haven't been blogging for some days, passed the boring days mostly at work.

Last sat, went to pray grandma cos its 'qing ming'. So many people, just to get in to the car park also need at least 10 mins. When burning the 'house, money' all tt to my grandma tt time, also need queue up..haha..cant even get close to the burning area, we have to jus throw the things in, fire was too big for us to get close and put in properly.

Slacking at home now..thursday will be another off day for me..wahaha..after tt will need work 3 days before another off day le.

Just came back from 3D2N Genting trip on fri, went straight to Lao Pa Sa to eat cos its my papa birthday ytd.

Overall, the trip was fun, cos of the theme park..hehe..shiok! First day reach there was afternoon le..so jus shopped around, makan and explore. 2nd day then went to the theme park to have FUN!

This is the game i nv tried b4..was still hasitating want play a not..haha..it was scary but fun..

Actually wanted to try another thrill ride, flyer coaster, but weather not tt good so cant play.

Also played archery and gun shooting.

Played the range shooting for 2 days, 2nd day night and 3rd day morning b4 we check out..haha.Even my mama also played..hehe

2 days back was celebration for jess and jason's 18th birthday. Organised a BBQ for them, although not much food, but was quite fun..haha. Had hard time setting up the fire, but in the end, WE MADE IT!!!

No need work today..so went to quite a few places with him.

First: Went for a swim at Hougang Swimming complex, after breakfast.
Second: Trained down to Raffles Place, HSBC Building to pay for the things he bought.
Third: Trained down to Lavender, ICA Building to change the photo of his passport, but in the end, have to change the whole passport and pay $70 for it.
Fourth: Took a bus to Bugis Junction. Walked around and then saw cf and her sis..haha..so qiao. Then went to eat at Sakae.

Can say its a tiring day..**phew**

This post will be bout something i encountered today during work.

customer(mum): Do u have the ans sheet for this? (showing 2008 edition 'A' lvl 10 yrs series)
staff: We do not have the stock for this already.
customer: What do u mean by don't have, so long still don't have?
staff: Cos its the old one already, so we don't have already.
customer(daughter): Old? My sis only J2 this yr and this is 2008 edition.
staff: Did u buy this book this yr?
customer: No, last yr.

At this moment, the customer(mum) is looking at the staff's name tag.

staff: We consider tt as old one, cos there will be a new one coming. (every yr there will be a new one)

Giving a sucki face, they walked to the 'A' lvl shelf and see..but think cant find wat they want and so they left.

The staff did attend to the customer politely.

So ya, the staff is actually me..was damn pissed after attending to her. Can't she ask properly, its also not my fault for not having the thing she want. (donno will she complain a not..haix)

To think of it now, i should continue to serve the customer. Should have asked her if she want the new one, it is jus short of one yr's ans., at least give her a suggestion. But..haix..suan le..over le..

Went for IT fair today at Suntec..Woohoo..it was crazy. Went with my 7th aunt and uncle, my didi and him. It was so so so so.....crowded and squeezy, can't even walk and see things properly. At one of the booth, saw my guides junior, Candice. She was working there..hehe.

So..hmm..bought a 320GB hard disk there. Took the one tt is more ex, Sumsung de. Cos first, bought one $99.90 de (my uncle paid for this), then saw the Sumsung de..then my uncle say can buy, though it was $149, much more ex than the first one (i paid for this). He said he will take one of it..so...i asked him to choose..then in the end my aunt said since i paid for the Sumsung one, so take tt. Even though its more ex..but nvm la..hehe. At least its cheaper than the last time when my bro bought it.

hmm..alright..after meeting one of my cousin, at Suntec Carrefour, went for dinner at Tampanies Safra, Sakura Buffet. Next 2 days will be my working day. Sian. Hope will pass soon.

Went back to bendemeer with jess and foong..had lunch together then go. Intention was actually to see guides a while and go play basketball..but think the teachers-in-charge got us wrong..they tot that we go back to help, so asked us to supervise them and we were like....HUH???

So we corrected their footdrill, see what they are doing and all sorts...after guides, carried on with wat we wanted to do, which is to play basketball..hehe. Weather was windy so didnt sweat a lot and also cos we just shoot ball..haha. Went home after tt, which is bout 5 plus.

Tml is another working day for me..sian.

As usual, went for work today..after my lunch, cf and jess came to visit..haha..they reached at bout 2 plus and left at around 5 plus. Pei fu them can stay so long at Hougang Mall..if me, i less than 30 mins shop ok le..haha

Today also gt 2 primary sch boys get caught stealing in my workplace, Popular. Nowadays, kids' behaviour is so unpredictable. Steal still nvm, still want to push the blame to each other..OMG! Is this wat friends are for???

After my dinner, my mum and my didi came..haha..so many ppl come today. Came after his parent's meeting session and get 2 more assessments for my didi..haha..don think he will even do lor..hehe.

Tml meeting up jess and cf go back Bendemeer for guides and basketball session..haha..can exercise again..wooo..
